I was by impressed by Ricks advice on the valuation of the unit.. a sensible, not super inflated figure that I believe resulted in a fairly quick and satisfactory sale. Rick' s help in organising a couple of tradies to do a few small jobs to the unit at short notice was appreciated as was his knowledge of the electronic conveyancing system..all a bit beyond me, but Rick guided me thru it..

Working with Rick was easy. As a buyer from out of town, we need to trust what the agent has to offer and Rick responded to every query with patience and corresponded every step of the entire process.

Rick was a super star from the start. Genuine, welcoming introduction followed up with great knowledge of the property and area. Invested in both the buyer and sellers expectations and helped broker a deal that everyone was satisfied with. Buying or selling, I would definitely be talking with Rick again.
