We have purchased 30 Kingaroy Ave, Helensvale through Rick from Raywhite. Also seen few properties from Rick. We believe he is perfect agent for buyers & sellers. He works on basis of facts & reality. He do not misguide anyone & give fair opportunity to all buyer as well as seller to carry on deal. In my all ladt experience of buying 2-3 properties in Helenvale, Rick has given real & fair opinion about pricing/market etc. We would love to deal with this kind agent & also recommend him to others.
