Selling a house is a major step to take in anyone's life but for me it was also stressful so it was critically important to have rapport with the person I trusted to market it and Rick Shaw fulfilled all my expectations - he was definitely a people person. I live in Lilydale ao was at first hesitant to go with Noel Jones in Ringwood but unlike the other agents Rick was the only one to provide me with a realistic market appraisal. Even before I signed the contract he was the only agent to keep in touch on a weekly basis. thus showing he was definitely interested in representing me. His advice was always helpful and practical and he negotiated a better price than what was first offered.
