We recently sold our family home in Castlecrag with Rick, to relocate interstate. The property market had just taken a nose dive and we were preparing a big move with young children, so choosing the right agent who we were not only comfortable with, but who could maximise our sales price, was of the utmost importance. Rick was that agent. Both him and Danny Grant were first class all the way. Their market knowledge, proposed marketing strategy and interpersonal abilities were second to none. Their team of stylists, photographers and trades people were also of the highest caliber in readying our property for market. Our home had a phenomenal number of groups come through on its first open, in a market that was deflated at best. We found Rick to act with integrity, drive and knowledge throughout the entire process and our sale concluded with a strong price that I have no doubt might not have been achieved with a less talented agent. They are also all-round good guys, and we still miss the delicious weekly cookie delivery!
