Excellent agent

I recently sold my 2 bedroom apartment and appointed Rick Woodward to handle the sale. As there was a downturn in the property market at the time, I did have a few concerns as to how this would affect the selling process. My fears were alleviated from the outset as I found Rick to be honest and upfront from the beginning, and regularly kept me informed, guiding me throughout the entire process. His tenacity and knowledge of the real estate business was extremely helpful and encouraging. It is obvious he is passionate about his profession while at the same time displays a genuine and caring approach to everything, which helped to achieve a most satisfactory result.
