An unexpected call which lead to a sale!

We were looking for agents to represent us with selling out investment home. We were not looking at Elders or Ricki. Randomly, Ricki gave us a call about our current situation which lead us to allowing Ricki and his colleague with the sale of our investment which we have been very pleased about. He is very personable and reliable. He even went out of his way to help us mow the lawn to make sure our property was presentable! LOVE IT! Highly recommend Ricki!
