I strongly recommend Ricko because of his expertise knowledge of suburb, the remarkable market insight and great trustworthy communication skill with vendor.

Ricko is a true professional. Punctual, great with communication, good listener, not pushy, respectful, and has a fine attention to detail. He is always "on the ball" and picks up on things before you even bring it up. This is my first time going with an agent and it has been a very positive experience.

One the best Realestate agent I have ever met. Very trustworthy and professional . One hundred percent recommend if you selling you house.

Thank you so much for the great and professional service that you provided us throughout all the details till settlement. We would definitely recommend you to our friends.
