The treatment we received from Ricky was appalling. He was very unprofessional and resorted to bullying tactics. He was dishonest and once contracts were signed he was virtually uncontactable. The way he portrayed his client to us was also disgusting as he made her sound like a horrible and unreasonable person. I would not recommend dealing with this agent in any way.
