This was extremely comforting, as the emotions experienced during the buying process can be erratic! Ricky was very accommodating with my needs, which at times required after business hours appointments with him, and I was always met with a cheerful smile and a friendly approach. Knowing I was a first home buyer, he went above and beyond and helped organise things that normally occur after settlement and in the time and hands of the buyer. He has made my experience of buying my first home a very memorable one, and I'm sure he will do the same for many buyers and sellers to come.
