During the process of choosing an agent, I canvassed quite a few, as I wanted to find someone who I felt comfortable with. I am the kind of person who has a hard time just handing over a percentage of something that I have worked hard to achieve. During the process of canvassing an agent, i found many spoke at me, were at times were quite condescending and did not leave me with a sense that they had the time to really put into selling my house. I never found this with Ricky and Dylan and looking back selling our house was quite an easy process. From the first moment I met Ricky and Dylan, their relaxed, professional style made me felt comfortable. They both were able to communicate a genuine interest in both my house and our future plans. I found myself naturally gravitating towards Ricky as I could always have a laugh, and his selling style naturally engaged me. In saying this, you need a team to sell a house and Dylan's manner, level of professionalism and knowledge was outstanding and I don't think we would have got the result we did without them working as a team.
