Ricky sold our investment property located in a town an hour away from where we live. We both work and didn't have time to visit Ricky or the house or for long sales pitches and we didn't care to be too involved in the process. What I appreciated about Ricky is that he worked within our needs. He managed the sale without us having to travel to the Property. He didn't take up our time unnecessarily. He was also direct and honest about the expected sale price and offers we received. He didn't promise anything he could not deliver. Having said that, if we had needed more attention he would have been there. He answered the questions we did have promptly and kept us in the loop the entire time.
