Sale of mothers home

With our mother moving into a retirement village the idea of selling was extremely daunting for us all. Ricky did a fantastic result and Sold in 1 week for far in excess for the local average. Other agents properties seem to sit on the market for ages so we couldn't believe how quickly he was able to get a result for us and for way more than we ever thought possible.
