Ricky was impressive in the sale of the property I purchased off O'Brien real estate . I was looking at other properties and they weren’t to my liking so Ricky asked me if I was interested in the Chelsea property that was a touch dearer than I was looking for . He was attentive in the fact that I was looking beach side , so once I saw the property l wanted it . Ricky then organised a virtual walkthrough Visio which I automatically loved . The COVID-19 lockdown ended the next day and Ricky quickly organised a proper walkthrough, which was amazing. Ricky then negotiated the price with the owner’s and the sale happened the next day . I live in Queensland but had to travel to Victoria recently to arrange the cleanup & sale of my father's unit in Cheltenham as he (a hoarder, it turned out!) was moving into aged care.
