Selling is about timing and demand. I unfortunately missed the boat on what could have been a great sale because of the interest rate rises that scared the market. Ricky's view on the market at the onset was of the same view as mine, so the price was set. I commend her on sticking with it and not trying to cave to complete a sale. Final price missed my initial expectations, but in a fluctuating demand market, some flexibility (by the seller) is needed. Ricky spent alot of her time walking potential buyers through and showed a level of courtesy and professionalism that would be hoped your rep would show. I would have no hesitation in referring Ricky to other sellers/buyers in the Scenic Rim and surrounds. She already has a good rep with locals, which helps tremendously and knowledge of the district living there. I found Ricky through word of mouth, which carries alot of weight in the country.
