Ricky was amazing from the beginning. We were kept updated regularly and whenever things needed actioning she was straight onto it. We had no issue getting in contact with her, ever. She was always lovely and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our wants and needs were met and exceeded. She had our best interests at heart. Absolutely fantastic at her role and can’t thank her enough for taking such good care of us throughout this process.
