Excellent Result!

We first met Ricky when we attended an open house, he was friendly and approachable and we mentioned that we were looking to sell our home in the future. He regularly stayed in contact with us but was never pushy. When we engaged him to sell our property he was organised and kept us informed of all aspects leading up to the auction, he also had the support of all the Torres team. When we received some offers prior to auction we took his advise and decided to wait and go ahead with the auction. So glad we did as we got way over our reserve price.
