We had a pleasure to meet Ricky and the Torres Property team during our hunt for a new property. We saw them representing sellers on numerous occasions and were quite impressed. Later on, when the time came to sell our house, we had no hesitation in asking Ricky and Will for their professional help. Even though the area we were selling in was out of their usual sales location, Ricky and Will had no problem in getting us the desired price in a timely manner. The whole process from putting our house on the market to settlement has been seamless and it took approximately 3 weeks, even though we weren’t in a rush. Ricky made sure our dates aligned with what our buyers had in mind, so it was very helpful. Ricky is extremely good at communicating with both parties, following up, building relationships. He was very prompt to respond and follow up, given us useful advice exactly where/when needed. Thank you Ricky for getting us through, what was meant to be a stressful process, so seamlessly.
