We had a great result at auction, which of course is fabulous, however, Riki and Damian were excellent agents throughout the whole harrowing process. As with most people who have had experience with real estate agents, I have mixed opinions, but I can honestly comment that if I have to deal with estate agents again, I will be calling on Riki. He was attentive to our requests and nurtured us through the whole process. Thank you Riki.

Lower pricing expectations had been specified by Vendor after several weeks of a campaign, but once offers above pricing expectation were given the Vendor insisted on higher pricing to proceed. Later, obvious and material defects in the property that should affect the price were identified, and the Vendor and Vendor's solicitor were very difficult about accommodating these in price adjustments and contractual provisions. Riki was friendly and reasonable in conveying his client's and client's solicitor's difficult - and sometimes contradictory or inconsistent - positions, and addressing the frustrations these were generating for the Buyer and Buyer's solicitor. Riki knew the area and market quite well, and discussions at agent-buyer level were cordial and informative.

Riki was just great to deal with, very responsive, very effective. He left no stone un-turned - he worked exceptionally hard to get the sale sorted for me, in a tough market context. He got me a good price and worked every lead and every angle. He made my purchase seamless - picking up on every detail and making sure it was all in place right through the process. I have no hesitation in using Riki again and unreservedly recommending him to others.
