Rikki Sumiga

I recently Purchased a property with help of real estate agent Rikki Sumiga, and I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to finding the perfect property for me. From our initial meeting to the closing of the deal, the Rikki was always available to answer any questions I had, and was extremely responsive and reliable. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase, and I couldn't be more grateful for their hard work and dedication.

Rikki stayed in constant contact with me during the whole transaction. We initially appointed another agent who failed to obtain any offers. During this exclusive period Rikki stayed in touch and offered suggestions. Once the exclusive period expired with the other agent we appointed Rikki. Within one week of listing with Rikki we had an offer that was in our price range. He also cleaned the house before inspections (previous agent had left behind all their paraphernalia and other foot traffic rubbish). 20/20 hindsight I should have appointed Rikki from the start.
