From the initial contact Riley provided excellent advice and service. He organised the required inspections, contact with the existing tenants without any issues. Riley provided at least weekly updates as to what had occurred during the week and what was planned for the coming week. During and after open house inspections Riley would provide an update of those that visited, where he thought the sale was going and what the interest level was. Riley managed the sale negotiations above my expectations and a great outcome was achieved. Great service from an enthusiastic property consultant whom I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Riley Burns as a preferred realestate agent to deal with for the following reasons. 1. At no point in time were we pressured by Riley to purchase the property we were left to make up our own minds. 2. Riley arranged the house to be opened on Sunday as we could not get up to Mildura on the Saturday from Melbourne by 9:30am as it is a 6 and and a half hour drive. 3. The house was as stated. 4. We were allowed to inspect the house at our leisure. 5. Riley recommended a pest and building inspector both whose rates were competititive. 6. Building inspection and Pest inspection completed before the expiry of 14 days after signing the contract. Both reports were extensive and thorough. 7. Riley ensured everything went smoothly at his clients end and maintained a constant communication with us keeping us in the loop all the time. 8. Riley has been straight up and down in his dealing with us. All in all we are both happy with Riley's professional experience and the way that he handled this matter and would not hesitate to deal with him again should another opportunity arise.
