Approachable Friendly Agent

Riley got me a great price for my house and was friendly and easy to deal with. Through no fault of Riley's there was a few delays at settlement and I felt a little uninformed at times, I would have appreciated a little more proactive communication on his part. But overall I was happy and would definitely recommend Riley to other sellers.
