Whilst we were buyers, our dealings with Riley were both relaxed, prompt and professional right from the first 'open house". All queries regarding our initial interest were responded to promptly, thoroughly and with a friendly nature that took the edge away as there was never any pressure. Throughout the negotiations, this became the norm but Riley was always on the ball to help things keep moving along and keep the momentum going. In the end, final negotiations were efficient and kept to a minimum which I'm sure was appreciated by all.
