Quick, precise and no nonsense!

I initially emailed Rima with a RFI and she followed up with personal contact (a call) in fact so fast i almost wasn't prepared. I knew what was important to me and dont want waste time which rattles a lot of realtors. Rima took it on the chin and responded similarly which was refreshing as it saves mucking around. She was careful to make sure she looked after her vendors interests (very important as a lot dont) but also made sure she understood where i was coming from and wanted. As a result, even though we were overseas, a deal was done and signed in a matter of days, both vendor and ourselves were very happy with the result.
