Rino Presutto from Fletchers North Balwyn was great to work with and was honest and open from the time we engaged him to sell our property and for the entire campaign. He’s hard work resulted in our house being sold for a price that we were very happy with. I would definitely recommend Rino and he’s team to anyone that’s selling their property. Thanks again Rino.

Rino assisted us in selling our home in record time, prior to auction. We appreciated his friendly, open and professional approach in making us and potential buyers feel welcome and supported. Great job, thank you. Trevor and Jennifer Allen

Rino was fantastic in every aspect of the sale process. He was always professional, patient, understanding, available and very knowledgeable. Rino gave good advice, listened to our opinions and concerns and delivered on his promises, which made the sales process a lot easier for us. Nothing was too big or small for him and everything was handled almost immediately. He is an outstanding agent and person. We definitely recommend him.

Rino was very professional, friendly and negotiated well with the vendor to provide me with a more flexible deposit and settlement terms which resulted in me purchasing the property.

Rino was a very professional agent throughout the sale of my apartment. He kept us informed at all times during the process and was always very responsive to requests. Thank you Rino!

Rino was professional, friendly, reliable and supportive. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their house.

Very happy with all aspects of Rino's work. Always polite, calm and very willing to discuss all aspects of the sale. Would recommend his services to others.

Although the our price reserve was not reached we were happy with the auction result as it was within our price range. We interviewed 3 other agents prior to interviewing Rino & Damian in my opinion one gave us an undervalued price range, another did not seem very interested & the other wanted monies spent on the property to make selling the property easier. We could see Rino & Damian were very interested in selling the property & they had contacts with developers which was vital in the selling of this property.

Rino was so lovely to work with - friendly, understanding, knowledgable and extremely tenacious. He answered all our questions, made us feel at ease and helped with everything and anything including removing our baby barriers before an inspection! Him and his team - Daniel and Claire were fantastic to work with. I can't recommend him enough.
