We are beyond thrilled with Rino Presutto as our agent. For context, we decided (fairly quickly) that we would sell our house as we were worried about interest rates and market conditions. We met with real estate agents, but by far the most comprehensive was Rino. When we told him our deadline for sale (we ended up selling within 22 days of deciding to go Rino), Rino said he had contacts that were able to prepare our house, stage our house, clean our house and get things photographed, videoed and advertised. We decided on a Tuesday, moved out by Saturday, and by next Tuesday building works were done and completed, house was staged and photography underway. Not only did Rino leverage his extensive network of contractors to assist, but we loved the way Rino paid so much attention to detail. He stepped us through the whole journey of sale in an honest, frank and careful manner. We were realistic with the price we wanted for the house, and Rino managed to achieve that for us, working hard to negotiate directly with our ultimate buyer to achieve a result (before auction even) that we are thrilled with. Which, in this current environment (Sept 2022) is a hard task. Looking back now at the whole experience, we couldn't have imagined a better real estate agent. Rino called after ever open inspection, gave us regular updates at every step. We heard about Rino from a friend who had sold with him prior (who also had a stellar report on him) and we can now confidently say we're in the same category. We would not hesitate to recommend Rino to anyone looking to sell in the region.
