We were the purchasers of a property Rita was selling in Kingsville (VIC) earlier this year. Despite having only met us very briefly at the first open for inspection, Rita took our early offer (with a 48hr window to provide a response) on the property seriously and was communicative and helpful throughout this process. The property was sold at an early boardroom auction two days after our offer to provide other interested parties with an opportunity to bid. Rita handled the boardroom auction well, providing a fair and transparent system that allowed each potential buyer to have privacy while submitting their bids. Subsequent to the auction Rita was very helpful in chasing up information we asked for on the property and kept us informed on the process as we approached settlement. As first home buyers she was very helpful and put our minds at ease, would certainly recommend her services.

I contacted three agents in respect of the proposed sale of my apartment in Yarraville. Rita was the first to contact me back and the one who impressed me the most with her energy and honest 'straight talk'. She was excellent in terms of commitment, attention to detail and "telling it like it is" - so every day, with the help also of Biggin Scott's email updates and graphs on leads, etc., I knew exactly where things were leading up to the auction. Rita was also steadfast in her belief in the value of the apartment and on a couple of occasions persuaded me to 'hold the line' in terms of the advertised price rather than agreeing with me to reduce it, potentially giving her an easier commission. This approach extended right to the auction itself when I was ready to accept an offer that was made and she advised me that she wanted to go back to the bidder one more time to see if she could get more.
