Handled unusual circumstances and a boardroom auction with aplomb

We were the purchasers of a property Rita was selling in Kingsville (VIC) earlier this year. Despite having only met us very briefly at the first open for inspection, Rita took our early offer (with a 48hr window to provide a response) on the property seriously and was communicative and helpful throughout this process. The property was sold at an early boardroom auction two days after our offer to provide other interested parties with an opportunity to bid. Rita handled the boardroom auction well, providing a fair and transparent system that allowed each potential buyer to have privacy while submitting their bids. Subsequent to the auction Rita was very helpful in chasing up information we asked for on the property and kept us informed on the process as we approached settlement. As first home buyers she was very helpful and put our minds at ease, would certainly recommend her services.
