Patient and understanding

Rita helped organise a private meeting to view a home. While we were viewing Rita stayed with us and directed us to the rooms and features. She knew everything and was very patient with us and was able to answer our questions. It’s refreshing to meet an agent who understood families and had great knowledge of the market and home we were viewing. I thought it was going to be a rushed viewing but Rita’s patience put me at ease and I was able to see the home properly. Rita showed great professionalism and courtesy and that is a wonderful trait.
