Rita showed excellent professionalism throughout the entire process, start to end, of the sale of Unit 12 / 410 Queen Street. The property itself presented challenges as there were many elements that required management and co-ordination. These included the coordination of Professional Steam Cleaning, Professional Dusk Photography, Copy-Writing, Co-ordination of Home Stylist, arrangement of Open-Home Inspections with potential buyers as well as going out of her way to hold additional private home inspections with interested clients. In these situations, Rita went above and beyond to try and obtain the most beneficial outcome for the vendor. An example of this can be seen when Rita presented herself hours earlier to the open-home inspection and turned on the air-conditioning, touched up the house and sprayed the space with an aromatic perfume. Although this may not seem much, these additional acts separate her from other Real Estate agents within the market. Within the second week, the property had multiple offers that were taken into consideration and a decision was made to sell the property to one of the pending offers. Overall, I could not recommend Rita enough. She is the epitome of excellence and will provide you with the best scenario no matter what the situation is. Thank you Rita!
