Alan and I live 5 hours apart and have been looking for our together forever home. Living near the beach was not negotiable, having flat ground was also not negotiable. We have purchased two properties and sold one with Rita. Although the market was not good for selling, Rita never lost sight of the goal and kept plugging away until the property was sold. When buying, we had a specific idea in mind and Rita patiently showed us property after property with most of the attributes we wanted until at last she found the right property for us. I would recommend her to anybody in the real estate market.
