Rita has a good presence on the island and is an excellent agent. I contacted Rita regarding a block of land I wanted to sell, and within days she had documentation ready, and a price I was very pleased with. The price I got was excellent and the commission was very reasonable considering the current market. The sale process was easy to follow, and went smoothly right through until settlement.
