They are not the cheapest in the market but by far the most professional, and we had immense confidence they would achieve our desired result. We can’t speak more highly of Roark, and state this noting that we have had a lot to do with real estate over many years. He’s a 9 out of 10, only because like the Olympic Diving judging, if you say 10 then there’s no scope for the possibility that someone’s better. What we like is that you can discuss the type of property your after and he gets it, then tracks down opportunity’s before they are listed, once even finding a property that was not for sale but he got the owners to agree to sell off market. One of the best buys we’ve made. That property was bought 5 years ago, has not been renovated ( we intend to) yet has gone up over three times purchase price. Could be he’s our good luck charm, but I’d say it’s more like you make your own luck mostly, or someone like Roark makes, or sets it up, for you.
