Rob & Rachel, and indeed all the office staff we came in contact with, were friendly and helpful. Rob & Rachel were not pushy nor did they hurry us in any way. They answered all our questions and were knowledgeable about the house, the area and Tewantin in general. We enjoyed all our discussions and banter. We can thoroughly recommend this team.
Rob and Rachael were excellent to work with. They were straight forward, accurate with sales guidelines and easily contactable. We would recommend them to anyone about to sell or buy.
Rob and Racheal were absolutely amazing. They were fundamental in getting the property ready for sale, ensuring it presented well and bringing home a sale contract within one week. Rachel gave me feedback and invaluable advice during the whole process. I highly recommend this dynamic pair. You couldn't be in better hands.
Rob was very professional & realistic price-wise for my mother, Rachel was her usual friendly & gracious self, my mother thought she was lovely. They did a great marketing deal, mum got great service for a great price, I would recommend them to anyone & the whole sales process was streamlined & very easy & non-stressful for all.
At first we weren’t sure of Rob , but after the second meeting with him we found he was a great laugh, says it the way it is and we liked that . We are so in love with our house that we bought .
Our experience with Robert James Real Estate although mostly being over the phone was positive. Our calls and inquiries were always returned or answered the same day. We experienced some unexpected hygiene issues upon handover and Robert James offered a cleaning service to ease the situation. I would recommend Robert James to anyone buying or selling their property.
Rob & Racheal together are the best real estate agents we have encountered, their knowledge, professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethic are second to none. We are so delighted we asked this team to sell our property. Thanks Rob, Racheal and the whole team at Rob James Realty.
Rob and Racheal make a great team. They give twice the effort that a single agent gives. They made the effort to organise an open house for us every weekend plus other viewings with positive results. They refused to sell at a low "quick sell" price, yet still managed to find a buyer after only 3 weekends of open houses. They gave us very good advice along the way. The simple fact is. If you're not selling with these guys, then you're wasting valuable time and money.
We recently purchased a home marketed by Rob and Racheal and they made the process extremely simple, with clear, concise communication. Any requests we had were never too difficult and were met with a pleasant friendly nature. They are very down to earth, genuine agents, who want the best for all parties. Would highly recommend them! Thanks guys!.
I would describe Rob Anderson as a "No Nonsense " type of agent a rarity these days! He is professional, straight forward and gets the job done. If you are looking for a home or an investment property I would highly recommend Rob and his team. Thanks Rob for a job well done.
