We found Rob great to deal with through out the relatively short sales campaign of our Cooroibah property. The extreme wet/flooding time in late February early March meant that 2 of Our planned open homes had to be canceled, this did not deter Rob at all, he showed our home to a couple of potential buyers individually due to the weather and one of the families ended up making a great offer which we accepted.
After engaging with Rob and Racheal on a number of properties and missing out a couple of times we found a property we were really keen on. Rob was really supportive through the offer process , clear and helpful with advice. After the offer was accepted, Racheal assisted with a number of post offer enquiries we had whilst Rob was really helpful in assisting us with our searches and building and pest report. Settlement came and went without a hitch and we ended up moving in to a property we are really happy with. Simple, and enjoyable we would definitely work with Rob and Racheal again.
I never actually met Rob, never even spoke to him on the telephone. I liaised with Rachael Sharpe, his assistant / associate. The sale was very successfully completed over the telephone, from a distance. Rob and Rachael certainly had to deal with some challenges ( it was a rental house). Would I recommend this team? Finding the right home can be stressful time, although our experience was a very seamless and organic one. Not only was Robert and his team helpful, accomodating and most of all charming. I guess we didn’t feel intimidated with the experience.
