When we met Rob at the open house (of the house we finally bought )he was very easy going.He showed us about and then left us alone to wander and talk amongst ourselves. He was very knowledgeable about the property and answered all our initial questions. On the second visit we made an offer and he he handled the negotiations quickly and professionally. He suggested a conveyancer who was great and assisted when we wished to move the closing date forward. After the sale completed and we had a few questions about the house and nothing was a bother.
