One would expect a real estate agent to be knowledgeable, professional, a good communicator with demonstrable credibility and a highly skilled negotiator.... well its no surprise many real estate agents are not! I have bought and sold 14 houses over a period of 30 years and have never met a real estate agent who genuinely exceeds expectations in such a calm, controlled and friendly manner until I called Rob Anderson. Of the three agents I called, one failed to turn up, one, part of a much-hyped national chain, inspected the property, was unprepared, promised to undertake some research and to come back to me, but never did.
