One would expect a real estate agent to be knowledgeable, professional, a good communicator with demonstrable credibility and a highly skilled negotiator.... well its no surprise many real estate agents are not! I have bought and sold 14 houses over a period of 30 years and have never met a real estate agent who genuinely exceeds expectations in such a calm, controlled and friendly manner until I called Rob Anderson. Of the three agents I called, one failed to turn up, one, part of a much-hyped national chain, inspected the property, was unprepared, promised to undertake some research and to come back to me, but never did. Rob was different, was thoroughly prepared, had the evidence to support his rationale for pricing strategy. We appointed him within 24 hours and the house was sold unconditionally to a cash buyer within under a week. Where Rob is so different is in his understated approach, never missing the slightest detail and a perfectionist in carrying out what he says he is going to do to the letter.
