Rachael and the team at Robert James Realty enabled a quick and easy sale for us on our holiday property in Tewantin. They managed extra items for us also, like booking in pool compliance and smoke alarm compliance, due to us being interstate which was helpful and appreciated.
We found that Rob and Racheal were honest and easy to work with. They sat down with us and took their time to explain their approach to selling our property. They gave us realistic expectations, which were exceeded. Their expertise in guiding potential buyers resulted in a quick sale. We highly recommend Rob, Racheal and the team at Robert James Realty to sell your home. Thanks so much guys.
Racheal had a wealth of knowledge about the property we were buying any query we had she answered with no problem and great communication Rob had great skills in his market knowledge and negotiations and got us a good settlement on our property
Was a really great experience with Racheal and Rob. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and showed a keen interest in our feelings particularly in respect to wanting someone to look after our property for years to come just as we have done for the past 20+ years. Would recommend them to anyone.
Rob is very experienced, professional and helpful. He always makes himself available.
Rob and his team worked very diligently to control the sale of our property. They worked tirelessly to find the right buyer without any fuss or bother. Rob has a lot of experience understanding the local market.
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our home. Rachael and the team were so friendly and helpful they had fantastic communication and nothing was too difficult.
Rob has been an exceptional real estate agent going above and beyond to accommodate my purchasing needs and working closely with both buyer and seller to provide a satisfactory close Well done Rob and thank you
Robert and the team were extremely professional from start to finish. From the initial showing of the property, through to supporting us during the offer negation period. Robert was able to support us in achieving a great outcome. Robert also provided great recommendations for Building & Pest inspectors aswell as a Conveyancing Firm. Following the acceptance of the offer, Robert and his team went above and beyond to arrange access to the property for us to have contractors attend. I would highly recommend Robert James Realty.
Rob and Rache were very caring and amazing to deal with. As a first home buyer, I was rather nervous and unaware of the process. They helped me with what ever I needed, whenever I needed. Very down to earth and easy to talk to, which made my first home purchase a great experience and a walk in the park. Thanks again Rob & Rache!
We have been looking for the right property for some time now in Tewantin and are fortunate enough to have found a duplex unit through Rob and Rachel. We had a few issues getting to the property for an inspection but they were only too happy to manage an inspection opportunity for us. The process was without pressure and handled very professionally and we were able to arrive at a great outcome for us quickly. Our thanks Rob & Rachel, it has been a pleasure dealing with you and we would highly recommend you.
