Rob was transparent about the pressures in the Tewantin / Noosa real estate market (Capital gains reforms & price pressure). Our biggest concern was finding a realtor who really understood the swings in buyer demand, and how we could address them for a balance of speed, price & finding a solid-buyer.. He didn't try to buy-our-listing like some of the other realtors in the area did.. instead he showed us a property market report that clearly showed rationale for good/better/best price guide. Make sure you ask him for a property/suburb price guide as it really helps make the conversations and decision making easier. We nearly went with a well-known national real estate brand, purely because of their claims about Realestate.com.au buying-power & premium listings, however, in reality, Rob James had better insights, AI-technology for listing/marketing, market knowledge and still beat the national brand on speed-to-listing and cost. Its a privilege to get Rob as your realtor in Tewantin/Noosaville, don't mess him around, he really gets it. This is twice we've used him & his team.
