Rob Anderson
Rob is very nice to talk to and is always there when any help is needed, or when any additional information is needed. I did not have any issue with him during the process of purchasing. However one has to do his/her own investigations when purchasing, in addition to what you hear from the agent. In my case, I was buying this as an investment property, and I wanted to get a rental appraisal before purchasing. Their appraisal was 1200 a week, with an opinion that the rental market is very good. So, I gave them the management of the property after signing the contract and after paying the deposit, and after the contract became unconditional. They started advertising it for rent at their appraised rent of 1200 a week. In six weeks of appointing them as my rental agent, we could not get any interested tenant. We reduced the rent to 1050 a week. Still we did not get any interested applicant. His explanation for this was ... "The rental market changed within two weeks after we gave you the rental appraisal".
