I was very pleased that Rob Brown was my real estate agent. He has a quiet, calm and polite manner. He is informed, patient and punctual. These qualities are very important. When I am buying a house, I need someone who is able to answer all or most of my questions. Rob did this and he also provided me with extra information, phone numbers etc. to help me and ease me through the buying process. Rob kept me informed and called to remind me about due dates. Rob's presence during inspections was also worth mentioning. I never felt pressured or rushed. Rob showed plenty of patience. Above all, I have found Rob to be a very nice person.
