We engaged Rob from Elders realestate Clare to sell our property in Armagh. We set out what we wanted, as in no sign, no open inspections, price range, he listened and sold our property within a week. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell property, he's professional and found him always available for any questions or advice.
His market expertise and outstanding communication kept us informed and confident at every step. He was incredibly responsive, highly professional, and secured a fantastic result.
Rob demonstrated his real estate knowledge and kept us up to date with each step in the process of our sale.
expert knowledge of the area and was expedient in finding a buyer
Rob was great! Would recommend anyone looking at selling to contact him.
Excellent communication, prompt and responsive and made the uncertain clear for us throughout the entire selling process
Rob was professional and easy to deal with! had great knowledge of the market and kept us updated every step of the sales process!
Rob's "down to earth" approach to listing my parent's home was exactly what we needed, during a difficult family time. His understanding of our situation, the current market conditions in our small township and his communication with me were so valued to us and a massive credit to him. Elders should be so very proud of Rob Calaby and and his team at Clare. As a family we thank you.
We weren’t inundated with offers, as our property was unique. With the offer we received, Rob was able to get it closer to the top of our bracket. Very impressed.
I found Rob easy to talk too, a fantastic communicator and was very confident he would sell my house above the price I was asking. Great job Thankyou Rob
I had used Rob before and that had me return for another go .
