We found Rob to be very courteous, honest and completely up front with what to expect in the market we were dealing with. He always kept us informed of any interest in our property and did not over exaggerate the outcome we were likely to achieve. We were selling in a market in downfall especially for properties usually purchased by developers hence we did not achieve the price we originally were looking for. We do not blame Rob for this outcome only the market conditions.
