Excellent work by Rob he had many people through the house in such a short space of time. He explained everything to us in normal English. He was also very keen to do some hard negotiating on our behalf. A brilliant result and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Rob was easy to deal with. He is always quick to answer questions. He is very considerate as well when we had to have the house photos done. We all had covid in the household and had to rely on other people to get the house ready. I really appreciate how he managed to get it done so that our plans won't be delayed. We will definitely come back to him if we ever need to buy or sell a house again.
Very Lazy and unwilling to go the extra mile on any front. Just after a quick sale and doesn’t really care about the end sale. Had individual buyers contact him in regards to inspections prior to the open home and told them no and didn’t even run it by me first. 10/10 would not recommend. I even brought the buyers through my own private advertising that bought the place for 40k above asking (which he told me I was dreaming for suggesting the initial value). He then had the gall to suggest I buy him a bottle of scotch as though it was due to his efforts.
