There were two properties involved in a cul-de-sac in a unique position virtually in the township of Sorrento, with views over Port Phillip and with development opportunities. The properties were for sale for many months before Rob’s appointment, handled by two prominent agencies in the area and at great cost to us and with no bids at all.
