I liked the way Rob Curtain treated me as a buyer - no hedging, no sudden surges in price etc, and I decided that, as a vendor, I would like him to give straight answers to my potential buyers when I sold my house too. It seemed to work, because Rob sold my house quickly and I got a fair price.
