Disclosure: We won the property that Rob was managing, which obviously biases me into a positive frame of mind. That being said however... Rob was an excellent agent to deal with. On initial contact, I found him to be warm, personable and interested in what we saying about the property. Once we'd solidified our interest, he was extremely upfront about the process, prompt in getting back to us regarding questions and clear on how the vendor was thinking. In my experience, it's rare to find agents who genuinely seem to care about your situation, but Rob definitely seemed to. Even on auction day, I genuinely felt like he wanted us to win the property (I might be projecting there) :D A credit to himself and to his company.
