The Property Expert explained everything during our first meeting and made the process easy to understand and was available to answer any questions from start to finish. They helped me to prepare the house for sale, organise the solicitors and negotiate the offers. It was so hassle free and I could see everything that was going on through the online platforms as well as being kept up to date by the Purple Bricks Team. With our recent investment property sale Robert and the team negotiated through some difficult objections in what is certainly a buyers market. Even though it took longer than expected to sell his positiveness and persistence resulted in a final sale price considerably more than we expected. I can honestly say that at no time did I ever feel that the service I received was compromised because of this.
