HERE PROPERTY – BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM THEM This is a “NO STAR” review choice! Contract signed to buy a house from Here Property in September 2021. A building Inspection is carried out before settlement. The report stated that “Molded/Leaking” in the Storeroom which is a safety & hazard issue, so we brought this issue to Here Property’s attention. They claimed that this Molded/Leaking issue is not stated in the contract therefore they are not liable. After a much lengthy discussion, Here Property reluctantly agreed to contribute $500 toward the fixing cost of $2000. Prior to settlement, during the inspection of the house, Here Property agent told me that I will receive 2 units of remote controls to the Common Electronic Gate. However, at settlement, Here Property only provides 1 unit of Remote control and refused to answer my call. At the same inspection, oven knobs were all missing from the oven which after 4 weeks, they still have not replaced the knobs. Moving in, a lot of issues started to unfold. Intercom not working. 4 out of 6 doorknobs fall off from the doors. The bedroom doors are not able to close. Door panels must be shaved to shut properly. The kitchen oyster light cover came off from the ceiling while my mom was in the kitchen. Both Front and back reticulations are not working, and all the taps are leaking. The ill-maintained lawn which was covered with a layer of Red Pebbles is overgrown with weeds. (No plastic sheet has been used to cover the lawn) Alfresco blind is not working. The sliding door locks to alfresco are damaged. This property was previously managed by Here Property. Not only it was poorly maintained by this agent, but they also even cover up the property with surface touch up with amateur work. This has cost me more than $10000 to fix.
