Never met Rob, don't know anybody who have used his services. I contacted "Which Real Estate Agent" to find me the best performing agent in Mt. Eliza, Vic. And it worked. I've had 2 previous agents on the job, one had the house passed in at $700K, the other had an offer on day 1 of $820K and failed to negotiate it up because of lack of market experience - he was of the opinion the house should sell for $900K. Rob achieved an offer of low 800's in the second week and managed to negotiate it up to a respectable $840 - house was sold in 3 weeks. He also showed his stakeholder management skills to get the buyer to release the deposit and forgo the pest and building inspection in lieu of a longer settlement. Good work in a difficult market.
