Quite often you get Agents who hound potential buyers. I found Rob to be very knowledgable on the local market, very friendly and he was able to stand back and let me take in the properties I inspected through him. When it came to negotiation he made it very painless, in my view he got the best for both the vendor and myself. Would happily use Rob as a selling agent but was very happy with his conduct as a buyer.
